I got started as a graphic designer in the 1970's and moved from London to Birmingham to setup a printing business in 1982. Before that I did my apprenticeship as a print work manager back in the 60's.
As local businesses began to see my work, I started designing for a range of materials that were new to me so I had to learn fast while doing part time graphic design courses.
Today, I am open to all kinds of design work, although I am always drawn to passion projects that let me go back to my roots in magazine work.
