A 3mm bleed has been added if your artwork contains images that need to run off the edge of the paper.
Artwork size is correct and file format is pdf.
Images used in your design are not taken from the web because they are mostly low resolution and look fuzzy when printed.
Your pdf has been produced by software that can export a pdf to print quality specification that outputs all the text as vectored outlines. (i.e. Fonts converted to graphics because I may not have on my system the font you used in your artwork.) And that outputs the file with a print resolution of at least 300dpi
Files for printing need to be either of the following type of document:

* As is
* Laid out as instructions or as picture uploaded
* Uploaded images need to be of a high resolution i.e. not images copied from the web which are usually low quality
